Erica joined Ark in January of 2019, after making the move from Wisconsin to Illinois. Previously, she taught Kindergarten and Pre-K for many years before her love of animals slowly overpowered her love for teaching, but not for learning, however. She aspires to learn more about VetMed and its intricacies, while being an amazing receptionist. Not only does she love animals, but she also loves specializing in client communication and care.
 
In her free time, Erica enjoys spending quality time with her supportive husband, her two wonderful children, and of course all of their fur babies.
