I have a lot to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. We plan to open December 22, 2014 if all continues to go as planned. I am very thankful for my long list of people who have helped build and support Ark Animal Hospital. I am thankful to my clients and patients who have continued to follow me over the last year. I am thankful for my friends and family who have been very supportive. I am thankful to Karen who found a stray kitten. We named him Noah and he will live at Ark in a few weeks. I am thankful for so much. I don't want to forget the dangers of people food for our four legged family members. There are several foods that are toxic to dogs and cats and others that can trigger pancreatitis. While we may enjoy our stuffing and gravy it is best to let them continue to have their commercial diets. More TLC and an extra treat for them is perfect for Thanksgiving.
